1 PRICES & PAYMENT

1.1 All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at current rate.

1.2 All goods remain the property of KidsYard until full payment is received.

1.3 KidsYard reserve the right to change prices without prior notification.


2 DELIVERY OF GOODS

2.1 Any discrepancy must be notified within 48 hours of invoice/delivery.

2.2 Any damage must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.

2.3 All goods supplied are on a non-returnable basis unless within the warranty period and have a manufacturing fault after inspection by KidsYard staff.

2.4 For non-delivery of carriage orders due to a customer error an additional charge for carriage will apply to cover costs charged by carrier. Examples of customer errors are no-one available to sign for delivery or incorrect address given.

2.5 All our items are dispatched within two working days after payment has been made and we aim to deliver as soon as possible. Please allow between 5-7 working days for delivery after payment.

2.6 Our couriers will try their best to delivery items as soon as they can, however, we can not be held responsible for any delays experienced by our couriers and late delivery.


3 STOCK AVAILABILITY

3.1 All goods are subject to availability.

3.2 KidsYard reserve the right to change products and colours without prior notice.

3.3 All products are supplied on a first come first served policy.


4 ERRORS & OMISSIONS

4.1 We make every effort to ensure that the information on our site is accurate and up to date. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. If you find an error please contact us.

4.2 We can accept no responsibility for information or opinions from third-parties, contained within this site, or for the content of links from this site.

4.3 Product photographs are as accurate as possible, but are for illustration only - products may differ slightly from those shown.

4.4 Specifications and product descriptions are for guidance only, cannot be guaranteed accurate. Errors and Omissions expected.


AFTER SALES SERVICE POLICY

1 GUARANTEE PERIOD

1.1 All new products purchased from KidsYard carry a 6 month guarantee from date of purchase for agreed manufacturing faults after inspection by KidsYard staff.


2 RETURN COSTS

2.1 Where goods need to be collected, the customer will incur a carriage charge per item of the same value as initial delivery. These charges will be refunded to the customer if the problem is confirmed by KidsYard staff as a manufacturing fault and the product is within the warranty period. If not there will be an additional charge for re delivery.


3 REPAIR COSTS

3.1 For non manufacturing faults and repairs outside of the warranty period a quotation will be given after inspection of the product.

3.2 Repair charges are in addition to collection and return costs as detailed in 2.1
